Why Neighborhood Revitalization?

OHI has found itself in a niche market of turning around  under performing properties; usually acquiring properties from an owner who prefers to be less hands on with their investments. For long term success, OHI believes the owner of real estate must be active in creating value and constantly improving the assets operations.
 
OHI diligently works daily to create more value for its clients. By constantly improving in each area of our business, it is very difficult for a competitor to compete with OHI. For example, OHI can complete a $20,000 unit renovation on a 200+ unit multifamily property in seven months, take the property down to 50% occupancy through evictions of non-paying residents, increase the occupancy to 93% less than five months after construction is complete and have the property refinanced from the construction loan to permanent financing within 13 months of original acquisition.
