Comprised of 376 units on over 26 landscaped acres in a gated community, this property offers one, two, and three bedroom floor plans. Situated near the East Point suburb of Atlanta, the 19 buildings feature low-maintenance brick and vinyl siding. A $4.7 million renovation program will commence in summer 2008.
Quail Creek Apartments Apartment Complex

Quail Creek contains 484 garden apartments in forty-eight two and three story buildings sprawling across 25 acres in the up and coming College Park suburb of Atlanta,Georgia. The gated community is complemented by landscaped grounds, a swimming pool, and on-site laundry facilities. The $5 million renovation program is scheduled for completion in the winter of 2008.

Victory Station contains a desirable mix of 120 one, two, and three bedroom units all brick townhouse-style apartments in 19 buildings on 8 acres. The grounds are centered by a community clubhouse and pristine swimming pool. Renovations will be completed in summer 2008.
Meadow Creek Apartments Apartment Complex

This is a vacant 2-story 144-unit apartment complex built in the 1970s and renovated in 1985, spread among eight buildings on 6.4 acres in the City of Richmond, Virginia. Damaged by Hurricane Gaston in 2004 - causing the displacement of many residents - and subsequently condemned by the City, OHI acquired the property through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development at yearend 2007. Interiors and exteriors of the entire complex will be renovated, including picnic and playground areas. Occupancy of Meadow Creek is slated for winter 2008.

This 216 unit apartment complex sitting on 11 acres in the City of Richmond had fallen into serious deterioration and was crime ridden. OHI completed a $4.3 million renovation to rejuvenate the property and systematically removed the criminal element to successfully improve the living conditions for over 200 families. OHI was able to get the property approved for listing as a National Historic Landmark since it is the largest original FHA Multi-family Garden Style property remaining in Richmond, Virginia. Chamberlayne Gardens - Restored Building
The Miami - Restored Building Condo Conversion

Condemned by the City of Richmond, this apartment building located in the trendy “Fan District” was renovated into 12 condominiums by OHI as a historic tax credit project. The condos were renovated with high end finishes and sold for approximately $300/ square foot. The gut renovation took seven months to complete.

Size: 45,000 gross square feet

This original school, in the Church Hill Historic District with brick and stone architecture, was converted into 35 apartments. OHI sold the property in 2006 to a condo developer.
Chimborazo School - Restored Building
Bell-Hatcher Building - Restored Building Commercial Location: "Bell-Hatcher Building" ("Former Kandy Kastle Building") Chattanooga, TN

This building was known for years as the "Kandy Kastle Building" as it housed a well-known daycare program by that name. OHI completed a total restoration of this building in 2003-2004. This building has five historic store fronts and includes concrete floors, tin ceilings, new systems, patios for restaurants, and plenty of parking all located in the Highland Park business district on McCallie Ave. in Chattanooga, TN.

OHI completed in 2002 a total restoration of what was known previously as the 20/20 building located on the corner of S. Greenwood and McCallie Ave. in Chattanooga, TN. This building contains two stories of 7,000 sq, ft. each, for a total of 14,000 sq. ft. of space.
