  • With construction management and general contracting in-house, we can efficiently flow into new projects without spending months of extra time and cost soliciting outside proposals from general contractors. OHI can avoid costly and time consuming change orders, and be nimble enough to make quick decisions from an executive level to complete a project with the highest efficiency.
